With the release of Super Smash Bros Ultimate around the corner I wanted to make some stickers to celebrate. I am working on some more, but these are some of the reps from the Fire Emblem series. First I started out with some sketches.
After that I made some rough drafts.
I showed it to some of my colleagues and they gave me some feedback on some of the shading so after making the last sticker I applies what I learned to the last sticker.
I am pretty happy how they turned out. I have never really tried to do a cartoon style in Illustrator, but the thick outlines were what I spent the most time on trying to make perfect. It took a while but I think I succeeded in getting that style in illustrator.
